Referrals
Ordering from Cyfair Healthcare is easy for discharge planners. Orders are accepted by phone, fax or email. Once your orders are received and verified you will be contacted to coordinate care for the patient. Cy-Fair Healthcare understands the importance of a timely response in order to provide the best care for our patients. Once a patient is accepted, we take care of the rest.
